I was watching "The Next Great Starship Episode 6", and they mentioned your name. I have been following you for years and was gratified. And they seemed to love you too. They pretty much pushed your team through based on what they think you can do. Not just you, of course, but your contribution to the team.
Also, I got the feeling that they thought the "Tech Bomber SPRUT" pictured was your tNGS entry?
I didnt have a team to root for, now I do. Good luck!
Hey Karanak, I've been following you for a long time now, and I'm happy to see you enter the SC contest. I believe you design is one(if not the) of best in the contest and the most developed one of them all.
You should reed the development process or the "Drake Cutlass" there is a lot of information about the thought process of the development team, that could help you adapt your design better to the Star Citizen world. (The modular weapon system for example)
You absolutely amaze me. I have never seen such intricate detail like you have in your work.
What is your basic "workflow?" Where do you start a new model? And I remember you use Sketchup in the designs I have seen that you did, do you find that Sketchup works better for developing detail as opposed to other software.. I really really hope someday my own models will be a shadow of the quality you produce. I just seem to do okay when I start a model, but I always get writer's block when it comes to fleshing out the model.
Apart from the ship looking absolutely brilliant - that cockpit is perfect in comparison to current Star Citizen larger vessels. This ship must win, it needs to be flown!. YOU MUST WIN! (*tearing hair out*)
